As an ISO 9000 certified manufacturer, we have established and implemented a comprehensive Quality Management System that addresses all areas of operation – from internal staff training practices to product design, manufacturing, delivery, and service.

Customers play a significant role in our Quality Management System. Their requirements become our inputs and they monitor customer satisfaction to ensure that we have met their requirements.

The ISO 9000 registration requires regular review and evaluation at every level; the methodology known as “Plan-Do-Check-Act” (PDCA) is applied in our system where we conduct yearly self-assessment and external audit to fine-tune system effectiveness. Beyond this certification discipline, we also conduct cross audits (integrated audits) among our subsidiaries.

Good Manufacturing Practices “GMP” has been a culture to most of Kian Joo Can Factory Berhad subsidiaries whose products are supplied to food chain industries. Some of their products have been certified with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point “HACCP”.
