Job responsibilities

  • Hands-on to assist troubleshoot & rectification of production & machineries issues
  • Study & provide proposal to ensure production targets are achieved on time, with optimal utilization of resources available
  • Provide recommendation to minimising defect levels through process and quality improvement
  • Assist in quality defect investigation and recommend counteractive measures

Accounts Executive / ERP Solution Executive

Job responsibilities

  • Ensure all machines are in tip top conditions at all time.
  • Must be hands-on and lead a small team of technicians in performing machine maintenance in respective section to achive set targets of machine efficiency, up-time and utilization.
  • Ensure machine preventive maintenance is carried our according to schedule and procedure to minimize unscheduled downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis for mechanical or electrical issues and recommended action plans.

Senior Executive / Executive - QA

Job responsibilities

  • To verify plant GMP – housekeeping inspection including production, warehouse & compound.
  • To conduct monthly inspection – `Raw material / finished good warehouse & Environmental sanitation programme & housekeeping’ & follow up on non conformance.
  • Arrange internal briefing I training to new workers pertaining to GMP & personal hygiene compliance.
  • Supervise and guide laboratory assistants in maintaining quality assurance for process encompassing incoming raw materials testing, in process testing and final inspection.
  • Incoming ingredients and direct packaging materials receiving inspection & verification.
  • To review & verify all relevant quality check sheets.
  • To coordinates the quality assurance program designed to ensure quality production of products consistent with customer standard.

Printing Executive

Job responsibilities

  • To maintain and upkeep of the printing section and responsible for all printing related work with respect to overall productivity and quality of printing.
  • Perform on the color separation for printing sequences on printing films and plates and prepare inks which match for all color as per required for all design labels before printing.
  • Prepare for printing by checking the films, printing plates, the paper proof, samples cans, checklists and inks, and other duties as required.
  • Monitors quality of product to ensure compliance with quality assurance procedures, customer requirements and arranges for corrective action if required.
  • Liaise with the Sales & Marketing Department on the collection of sample can (LSD), paper proof and printing films for new revision and new design labels.
  • Liaise with ink suppliers on all color inks for existing or new design labels which could improve the printing quality.
  • Perform stock take and good upkeep for all printing inks, printing spares and tooling spares.
  • Anticipating requirements and make recommendation for purchasing of raw materials e.g. inks, printing plate and any spares for printing section.
  • Coordinates material trials for the printing section and arrange for retrials of suspect material and the recovery of isolated products.
  • Maintains set standard of good housekeeping (5S), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ensures compliance with the requirements of the Health and Safety at work.

Required qualification

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Graphic Designing / Art work.
  • At least 1 – 2 years of working experience in graphic designing, printing or related field.
  • Required skill(s): Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photo-Shop, Adobe In-design, Ms-Office.
  • Have knowledge in computer graphic software Coreldraw,Illustrator,Freehand,etc.

Job responsibilities

  • Responsible for sourcing, planning, and controlling of raw materials, direct & indirect materials and spare parts to meet production requirement.
  • Follow up with supplier to ensure prompt delivery of goods.
  • Implement purchasing policies, procedures & processes to ensure compliance to company?s internal control guidelines.
  • Negotiation or discussion and assist in the conclusions of contracts where necessary.
  • Negotiation on prices within the requirement of quality, delivery, service, payment terms and discount to ensure quality and operation efficiency to meet company objectives.
  • Liaise with suppliers on all matters related to quality problem, returns and compensation in case the suppliers do not meet the requirements.
  • Coordinate with production planning schedule, checking raw materials and update data collection with relevant department.

  • Responsible for the continuous development and improvement of procurement processes.

Job responsibilities

  • To assist Production Manager in ensuring the smooth operations of Production Department.
  • To lead the Production Technician in On-Line Quality Inspection to ensure product meet the specification and quality expectation.
